To use this panel, you need an RSA key pair:

Generate a private key: openssl genrsa -out private_key.pem 2048
Extract the public key: openssl rsa -in private_key.pem -pubout -out public_key.pem
Place private_key.pem in the same directory as this panel
Copy the contents of public_key.pem into each client's cms-includes/update_key.php

Keep your private key secure! Never deploy it to client sites.
